From early in his career, David focused on building a substantial property portfolio, applying disciplined strategies and a strong understanding of market fundamentals. Over time, he successfully acquired and managed a portfolio of more than 30 properties, placing him among a small group of highly active investors in Australia.
Brian Washbourne – Co Founder
Brian’s journey in the property arena began with a passion for building and construction, dating back to 1985. Throughout the years, he has played a significant role in leading some of Australia’s top building companies, rising to senior management positions. Eventually, he seamlessly transitioned into the dynamic world of real estate.
