What types of property can you help me purchase?
Our focus is residential investment property, including selected new homes, townhouses, apartments and developer opportunities. The options available depend on your purchasing requirements and current stock.
Are all your properties off-market?
No. Our network includes selected off-market opportunities and developer stock, some of which may also be marketed elsewhere. Off-market access does not necessarily mean exclusive access, a lower price or a better investment.
Can I consider property outside my home state?
Yes. Our national network allows you to explore opportunities beyond your local area. Availability varies by location. We help you consider local fundamentals and connect with relevant professionals.
Can you help if I want to use equity?
We can introduce you to an independent finance broker to assess your borrowing options. The broker will explain eligibility, costs and risks, including any additional debt secured against your existing property. IRA does not provide credit advice.
Do I have to use your suggested professionals?
You can choose your own advisers. Our introductions provide an option for accessing relevant expertise, and each professional is responsible for their own advice and services.
What does your service cost?
Ask our team for a written explanation of the service scope, fees and any relevant commissions or referral arrangements before you commit. Separate professional and purchasing costs may apply.
Do you guarantee rental returns or capital growth?
No. Property values, rental income and capital growth can rise or fall. Vacancies, expenses and market changes affect outcomes. You should obtain independent advice before making a purchase.
What happens after settlement?
Our team remains available for property-related questions and relevant professional introductions. We can also help you explore further property opportunities when you are ready.
